All Day, All Night, Angels Watching Over Us

Angels: True Stories

Please check out my new book, Angels: True Stories. It was released this week by the J. Countryman division of Thomas Nelson Publishers. I’d also like to invite you to The Donelson Fellowship this Sunday at 8:45, 10:15, and 6 p.m. as I begin a series of sermons on the same subject.

There are many misconceptions about angels, but the Bible gives us 234 passages containing sound theology on the subject. The Scriptures answer our greatest questions, including:

  • What do angels look like?
  • Do they walk among us?
  • Do we really have guardian angels?
  • How can we recognize an angel should we see one?

In the coming weeks, I’ll release a video answering some of the most common questions. The book and sermon series will also address the common angel questions. I believe there is an angelic grid around this world, and that the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him to deliver them. Hebrews 1 says that all angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who inherit salvation. And Hebrews 13 tells us to be careful to entertain strangers wisely, for some have entertained angels unaware.

This is one of the Bible’s most marvelous and uplifting subjects, and I pray this book and sermon series will be a blessing to many.
