Every single experience Moses encountered for seventy-nine years was simply God’s way of preparing him for what He wanted him to do at age eighty. No experiences in life are wasted. Whatever has happened to you in the past is all a part of God’s preparing you to serve Him today. And Iwhatever is happening to you now is all His way of preparing you to serve Him in the future. And think of everything that happens to us in this life—it’s just God’s way of preparing us to serve Him in eternity, for the Bible teaches that in heaven “His servants shall serve Him” (Revelation 22:3). God has a way of preparing us for what He wants us to do.
